Grilled Chicken Burger With Maple Mayo Drizzle

This tasty Grilled Chicken Burger with a sweet and sour maple mayo drizzle will take your burger game to the next level. A delicious burger is made with perfectly grilled chicken breasts, fresh vegetables, and a hint of maple syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced red onions
  • Sliced pickles
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese optional
  • 4 slices of crispy bacon optional

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the maple mayo drizzle by mixing maple syrup, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a bowl

Whisk until well combined

Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned

If desired, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast during the last minute of grilling to melt

Assemble the burgers by spreading the maple mayo drizzle on the bottom half of each bun

Place a grilled chicken breast on top of the mayo drizzle

Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onions, and pickles

If desired, add a slice of crispy bacon on top of the chicken

Complete the burger with the top half of the bun
