Elevate your 4th of July celebration with these sweet and tangy Grilled Fruit Skewers. The combination of caramelized pineapple, juicy strawberries, and grilled peaches will add a burst of flavor to your barbecue. Drizzle with a honey-lime glaze for the perfect summer treat
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled
- 2 peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 bunch grapes, washed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
To make the glaze, mix honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a small bowl
Using different kinds of fruit to make a colorful mix, thread them onto the wet skewers
Use a brush to cover all of the fruit on the skewers with the honey-lime glaze
