A delicious fusion of chicken tikka masala flavors stuffed inside warm naan bread, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 4 pieces naan bread
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine yogurt, tikka masala paste, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt
Add chicken cubes to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat
Grill marinated chicken until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes
Remove chicken from grill and set aside
Place naan bread on the grill and cook until lightly toasted on both sides
Remove naan bread from grill and place on a clean surface
Top each naan with grilled chicken, cilantro, red onion, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese
Fold naan over the filling to form a pocket
Serve hot and enjoy
