Keto Pancakes

These fluffy keto pancakes are perfect for a healthy and kid-friendly breakfast. They are low-carb, high-fat, and delicious

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • Butter or coconut oil for cooking

Instructions:

Add the eggs, cream cheese, vanilla extract, baking powder, and almond flour to a blender

Blend until the mixture is smooth

Put a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add a little butter or coconut oil

For each pancake, pour a small amount of batter onto the pan

Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook until the other side is golden brown

Do it again with the rest of the batter

If you want, you can serve it warm with sugar-free syrup or fresh berries
