Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- Butter or coconut oil for cooking
Instructions:
Add the eggs, cream cheese, vanilla extract, baking powder, and almond flour to a blender
Blend until the mixture is smooth
Put a nonstick skillet on medium heat and add a little butter or coconut oil
For each pancake, pour a small amount of batter onto the pan
Once the top starts to bubble, flip it over and cook until the other side is golden brown
