Vegan Fluffy Milk Rolls

These vegan fluffy milk rolls are a delightful treat that are perfect for any occasion. Soft, pillowy, and utterly delicious, they are sure to be a hit with vegans and non-vegans alike.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Warm the soy milk up until its just barely warm, not hot

Warm up the milk and add the yeast and maple syrup

Allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes until it foams up

Put flour and salt in a large bowl and mix them together

Put the yeast mixture and vegan butter that has been melted in

Mix until you get a dough

For five to seven minutes, knead the dough on a floured surface until it is smooth and springy

Cover the dough with a clean towel and set it in a greased bowl

Let it rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it goes double in size

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Flatten the dough with your hands and cut it into 12 equal pieces

Roll each piece into a ball and put them on a baking sheet that has been greased

Wrap the rolls in a towel and let them rise for another half hour

After the oven is hot, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown

Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before you serve it
