Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Butterfinger candy bars for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan
Put melted butter and brown sugar in a bowl and mix them together well
It will be smooth after you add the eggs and vanilla extract
Add the flour and salt slowly while mixing until just combined
Its okay to add the broken up Butterfinger candy bars
Spread the batter out evenly in the baking pan that has been prepared
If you stick a toothpick into the middle and it comes out with a few moist crumbs, its done
Let the blondies cool all the way in the pan after taking them out of the oven
To make the Butterfinger buttercream, soften the butter and beat it in a different bowl until it is smooth
As you add the heavy cream and powdered sugar one at a time, beat the mixture until it is smooth and fluffy
The Butterfinger candy bars should be chopped up and mixed into the buttercream
Put the Butterfinger buttercream on top of the blondies once they are cool
As a decoration, sprinkle some more chopped Butterfinger candy bars on top
To set the buttercream, put the blondies in the fridge for about 30 minutes
Cut it up into squares and serve
Have fun
