Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, salsa, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions:
Combine soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt in a bowl
Tofu cubes should be added to the marinade and left for ten to fifteen minutes
