Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops, bone-in, about 1 inch thick
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the grill up to a medium-high level
Salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, olive oil should all be mixed together in a small bowl
Spread the mixture out on both sides of the pork chops
Put the pork chops on the grill and cook them for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until the pork reaches 145F 63C and the middle is just a little pink
Leave to rest for 5 minutes after taking off the grill
