Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
For the crock pot, brown ground turkey in a skillet
Put the turkey in the crock pot
Put kidney beans, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in the crockpot
Also add the onion and bell pepper
Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours
For the Instant Pot: Choose the Saut setting on your Instant Pot
Brown the ground turkey
Add the garlic, onion, and bell pepper
Cook until the vegetables are soft
Turkey beans, black beans, corn, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper should all be put into the Instant Pot
Put the lid back on and set the valve to seal
Choose Manual or Pressure Cook and cook for 10 minutes on high pressure
Let the pressure drop naturally for 10 minutes, and then quickly let go of the rest of the pressure
Top it off with your favorite toppings, like sour cream, shredded cheese, or chopped green onions, and serve hot
