Ingredients:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup candy corn
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Mix the eggs, water, vegetable oil, and yellow cake mix together in a large bowl until everything is well mixed
Add half a cup of candy corn to the cake batter and mix it in
Put the batter in a 9x13-inch baking pan that has been greased and bake it as directed on the package
After the cake has been baked and cooled a bit, use the back of a wooden spoon to make holes all over it
Make sure the holes in the cake are filled with sweetened condensed milk as you pour it over it
Put the cake cubes, whipped cream, crushed pineapple, mandarin oranges, and the rest of the candy corn in serving glasses or bowls
Add shredded coconut to the top of each parfait to change the texture and taste
Do this again and again until the bowls or glasses are full
Put it in the fridge for at least two hours before you serve it
If you want, you can add more candy corn as a garnish before serving
