Ingredients:
- 2 cups sushi rice, cooked and seasoned
- 4 sheets nori seaweed
- 1/2 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- Soy sauce, for serving
- Pickled ginger, for serving
- Wasabi, for serving
Instructions:
Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat
Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top
Mix diced tuna with mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a bowl
Spread the spicy tuna mixture over the rice
Arrange avocado slices and cucumber strips along the center of the roll
Roll up the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat
Slice the roll into 8 equal pieces using a sharp knife
Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi
