Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375F 190C
Place the pie crust in a tart pan and bake according to package instructions
Let it cool completely
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to boil
Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a bowl
Let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth
Spread this chocolate mixture over the bottom of the cooled tart crust
