Classic Beef Burger

A classic recipe for a juicy, flavorful beef burger thats great for any event.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns

Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties

Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat

Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired level of doneness is reached

Toast hamburger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes

Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the toasted buns

Add desired toppings and condiments
