Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Line an 8 x 8-inch 20 x 20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and grease it
Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl
Melted coconut oil, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla extract should all be combined smoothly in a different bowl
After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together
Add the dairy-free chocolate chips and mix well
Evenly distribute the blondie batter after pouring it into the pan
A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean after 20 to 25 minutes of baking in a preheated oven, or until the edges are golden brown
After taking out of the oven, let the blondies cool in the pan for ten to fifteen minutes
When completely cool, remove the blondies from the pan by using the parchment paper and set them on a wire rack to finish cooling
Cut into squares and savor your Grain-Free Paleo Blondies
